About
Fasolada is white beans simmered with onion, celery, carrot, tomato and a lot of olive oil. It should be soupy and taste of the oil. Lemon at the table. This is weekday food that restaurants rarely bother to make well.
Ingredients
Scaling multiplies the written quantities. Baking still prefers a scale.
Steps
Step 1
Soak beans overnight. Simmer with onion, celery, carrot, tomato, garlic and oil 1–1.5 hours until creamy. Salt late.
